To all New and Continuing board leaders:

In an effort to improve the information highway we have acquired the capability to have email addresses with the extension of @flcderby.com or @flsderby.com. This will allow for the email address to stay the same when changing officers. If we use something like ptlpresident@flsderby.com all that would be required is to change the password when a new person takes over that position. People wanting to contact the president of the PTL would always use that address. Or perhaps the Chairman of the elders would use something like elderchairman@flcderby.com. This will also make the contact page look a bit more professional instead of @hotmail or @yahoo @gmail.com.

All boards and groups are encouraged to use this, Board of Trustees, Circle of Peace as well as LWML leader.
